1. Order Cancellation:
You can request an order cancellation if the product has not yet been shipped by us. In such cases, you are entitled to a refund of the entire amount paid.
2. Return Window:
We offer a 7-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item, during which you can request a return for eligible products.
3. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
– It should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
– You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Non-Returnable Items:

7. Sale Items and Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have following our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
